Volcanoes
Third graders have been studying volcanoes and the changes they cause in the land forms around them.
They read about them from articles that the teacher emailed to them. |

They worked in teams and built volcanoes and observed the land changes around the volcano when it erupted. Each team consisted of a camera man , a reporter and two technicians (who built the volcano). They shared their videos with the class as soon as they came in from the activity. Then later made iMovies with them.
